Excelling in athletics from earlier on in his life prompted Michael to share his performance and leadership qualities and become a certified personal trainer with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America in 1990. Utilizing these traits, his knowledge of physical fitness and a deep passion to truly help others, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset Michael established a successful personal training business called, Results One On One Personal Training, Inc in 1991. He went on to receive his B.S. specializing in Exercise Science from Montclair State University in 1994 and further enhanced his knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology by graduating from the Academy of Massage Therapy in 1996. Michael also spent 5 years in Emergency Medical Services, as an EMT where he volunteered his time to give basic life support in life threatening situations. After 15 years experience as a personal trainer and many life & business experience’s, he achieved one of his life goals in 2005, and opened VIP Fitness Studio, in which he is a master trainer, co-owner and operator.
In addition to his extensive fitness experience, Michael is a Real Estate Broker and owns and operates Park-Haven Real Estate, in Rutherford NJ. He is a top sales producer dealing with buying, selling and renting of both residential and commercial real estate. He is a member of the Meadowlands Board, National Association and New Jersey Association of Realtors.
Apart from his professional endeavors, Michael makes it a priority to make the time to enjoys life’s simple pleasures and spending quality time with his 11 year old daughter Alana, as well as time with his family and close friends.
