A New Jersey native with California flavor, Jackie’s career in the fitness industry started in the accounting office of a small gym in San Diego, California.

It was there she realized that her talent for crunching numbers could be put to better use by designing fitness programs that were both challenging for her clients, and rewarding for her.

So, she decided to train with the head trainer of this San Diego based health club (The House of Fitness) and take a "hands-on" approach to learning the business!

He inspired her to become a NASM certified personal trainer and establish a following! After getting a taste of the fitness lifestyle, she went on to study the art of belly dancing with renowned belly dancer, Sohaila, and was part of her Shining Stars performance group!

Jackie always valued her New Jersey roots, and realized how much being across the country made her miss her family, so she moved back to the east coast in 2010 and is excited to be part of the VIP Fitness Studio family!

She is always looking for new and exciting ways to keep the “personal” in personal training.
